Tidy and Well-fed

Nothing can drag a person down more than living in a messy house or struggling with a poor diet. So, call us in to provide help with all of those things that seem so natural to most of us. Read the scenario on this page for a glimpse into one very common situation many people experience in our community.

SCENARIO: When It's Just Too Much

Edna wants to live at home for as long as possible. She is 83 years old, in good health and maintains an active schedule. However, Edna can no longer keep up with all of her housekeeping duties. She needs someone to take care of the chores around the house. Edna also needs some help with food preparation.

For Edna, homemaker services offer an ideal solution. The caregiver comes three days per week. First, she tidies up around the house and then prepares lunch and dinnertime meals. In addition, the caregiver performs tasks on a pre-defined schedule. Mondays: laundry and bedding. Wednesdays: sprucing up the kitchen and bathroom. Fridays: preparing the living space and floors for Edna's weekend visitors. Click on the links below to learn more about our other types of services.
